Introduction
BusinessRankAI's services will include (but are not limited to):
- Analysis of a company’s current presence for AI search compatibility.
- Creation of SEO-optimized content designed for AI-driven search results.
- Publication of content across news sites, industry blogs, and forums to generate brand mentions and visibility.
- Delivery of placement and submission reports.
Clients must acknowledge the following with respect to the services:
- All fees, services, documents, recommendations, and reports are confidential.
- BusinessRankAI has no control over the policies of AI models (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) or traditional search engines regarding the content they choose to recommend or display. The Client’s brand may be excluded or de-ranked at any time at the sole discretion of the platform/engine.
Refund and Payment Policy
100% Money-Back Guarantee: We provide a full money-back guarantee. If we fail to deliver any part of the service we promised, such as the agreed number of published links, mentions, or content pieces, the Client will receive a full refund. This guarantee is not tied to the results of the service, but solely to the successful delivery of the agreed-upon output.
- Payments are managed securely via Stripe, including any authorized installment options (e.g., Klarna).
- The campaign is generally delivered within 30 days of purchase.
Limitation of Liability and Guarantees
As an outsourced provider of specific AI visibility and content services, BusinessRankAI does not guarantee:
- Financial Improvement: We do not guarantee that the client’s financial results will immediately or eventually improve due to the Program.
- Immediate Visibility: We do not guarantee that the client will be immediately or instantly more visible in AI-driven search results. Achieving high visibility requires time, and the effectiveness of the content increases the longer the articles are online and the greater the number of published pieces.
- Damages: Under no circumstances shall BusinessRankAI be liable to you (the end user) for any damages whatsoever, including (without limitation) any direct incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits, or any claims of yours or third-party websites. You, the end user, assume all risks associated with using BusinessRankAI services.
- BusinessRankAI is not responsible for changes made by other parties (e.g., removal of published content) that adversely affect the campaign’s long-term results.
Non-Disclosure
BusinessRankAI does not sign individual NDAs for every client; however, as part of the terms of our service, we treat every client with full Non-Disclosure respect.
- The Recipient (BusinessRankAI) undertakes not to use the Confidential Information disclosed by the other party (You) for any purpose except the delivery of the AI Visibility Program without first obtaining the written agreement of the other party.
- We guarantee not to disclose any confidential information to any third party except to BusinessRankAI employees and professional advisors who need to know the same for the purpose of fulfilling the service.
Restrictions
BusinessRankAI reserves the right to immediately cancel and fully refund any orders placed for brands or websites operating in, or promoting, illegal or offensive industries.
- Any content, products, or services that are illegal, hateful, objectionable, or defamatory (aimed at any people group, race, gender, sexual orientation, or otherwise) will be cancelled and refunded.
- Orders related to prescription drugs or gambling/casinos are automatically refused, cancelled, and refunded.
